Perfect after knee surgery. Wraps all the way around and stays in place with straps. The frozen gel is flexible and comfortable. Be sure to buy 2 so you can switch it out. It does get warm in about 20 min.

I have osteoarthritis in my knee and this knee wrap is AMAZING. You won’t be disappointed. It’s great quality and is COLD. I will be using this for my physical therapy journey for sure. Great buy and fits in the freezer.

I purchased this XXL knee ice pack wrap because after surgery my knees were swollen and I needed something that could cover a large area and stay securely in place. Right out of the box I was impressed by how large it is—it measures 19″ × 10.6″ with long adjustable straps that allow it to wrap fully around my knee (and it fits up to a ~19″ circumference).  The cold gel inside stays pliable even when frozen (claim says it reaches ~-18℉) so it molds nicely and gives good coverage without being rigid or uncomfortable. The dual‐fabric design works: the plush side is comfortable next to my skin, while the nylon side gives firmer cold compression.  Another plus: it’s not overly heavy and doesn’t feel cumbersome. The straps hold it in place well, so I was able to walk around and even do light tasks without having to constantly adjust it. Minor caution: Because the size is large, if your knee or leg is smaller you might need to fold or adjust a little to avoid overhang or bulk. Also, while the cold period is solid (up to ~25 minutes claimed)  I found that after around 20 minutes the cold started to wane a bit and I had to re-freeze or switch sides. Bottom line: If you want a generous-sized ice wrap that really covers the knee and gives strong cold therapy with comfortable materials and secure straps, this is a very solid pick. Just be aware it’s “XXL” so the fit might feel large if your knee is smaller or you prefer a streamline look.
