I have Freeze sleeves for arms and bought this for a medial knee sprain. Does not disappoint. These are great. Easy to keep in freezer, easy on. No worries about an ice pack that won’t stay put. Genius product.

My son loves this when his foot is hurting after basketball. He tends to get plantar fasciitis flare ups in one of his feet from all the hard stops, etc when he is playing. He actually asked for two more for Christmas so he can use them on his knees. He used to be able to pull this one up to his knee but as he's growing it's gotten harder to that so this one will stay for the foot/ankle area and he will get the next size up for his knees.
