The benefits of ginger are vast. The cost of ginger root is not that affordable for daily recipes or teas like golden milk. I purchased this bag due to it being powder form, and pounds of it. Inside a Mason jar, this sits next to my other herb powders. I used to have golden milk herbal drink once a week, and now I get to make two batches nightly for my wife to enjoy and not worry about running out for months. The strength is excellent, the taste is bold so tasting it in bits for for recipes helps dial down the amount. Will purchase again for sure.
