However I didn't know vit d with K2 cause calcium to be absorbed easily and reach the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification. It helps keep our heart and bones healthy. I've chosen nutritiva as I trust the company and I've used their other supplements in the past. I already got my second bottle. I can confirm it is easy to swallow and there's no flavour.
