I use only a small pea sized amount and that is plenty for cleaning tiny teeth and gums. It is safe to swallow matters a lot at this age, since my toddler do not fully understand spitting yet. I also like the ingredient list. It skips harsh additives and focuses on a simpler formula with xylitol, which supports early oral care habits. This makes me feel comfortable using it every day as part of teaching consistent brushing skills. The tube is small, but since you only need a little at a time, it lasts longer than expected. This is my favorite toothpaste for my toddlers! The only reason I'm marking it down to 4 stars is because of how long it took to deliver. It took weeks, about a month this last time I ordered to get to me. But other than that, I have no complaints. My toddlers love it, they like the flavors, and it's a great price for flouride-free!

My child loves with toothpaste, it’s a gel toothpaste that tastes great and is xylitol based so no fluoride. It stays on the toothbrush well and is just the right amount of foaminess to get the job done. It’s also safe to swallow which eases my mind since we are still assisting with the brushing.
