Extraordinary. Delectable. Enhanced the New Year's celebration. My father is elderly, and not allowed to drink alchohol. I'm allergic/sensitive to sulfites. Prefer organic everything. We both felt a little buzz, as if it contained a small amount of alcohol--good. I'm typing this review Jan. 1st, without a hangover. The best part is the low sugar content. I searched a long time to find the perfect bottle. Worth the high pricetag. Well-packaged, and on time. Cork has a wire so it doesn't hit the ceiling upon opening. Large bottle, we each indulged in 3 glasses. Right amount of of bubblie/effervecence. I also appreciate the alcohol-free vitamin-infused Vinzi as pictured, but didn't need it last night.

By far and away the best non alcohol « champagne ». The extra brut is slightly better but not available on Amazon. These are cheaper and a wonderful alternative to imbibing. A votre santé! ;)

Tastes like sparkling apple juice. Lots of hype for nothing. Don’t buy

I really enjoyed this product. The structure of the bubbles was very reminiscent of champagne, and while slightly sweet, on par with a summer rosé overall and by far better tasting than other non-alc spirits I’ve tried. Great option for sober, or those watching their calories/sugar without feeling left out, or enjoying what you like. The bubbles stayed fresh for 3 days with a cork in the fridge, which I also appreciate. I’d definitely recommend.

Had my first glass of French Bloom in NYC and immediately looked to buy a bottle of it after. It is the closest thing I’ve tasted that looks and tastes like the alcohol version of champagne. The bottle, the bubbles, the “toastiness” all makes me think I’m drinking the real thing and no funky after taste like so many others I’ve tried. It is pricey so I see this as a splurgy NA for special occasions but it definitely doesn’t disappoint. I do prefer this “blanc” version over the rose (the rose was a little too sweet for me). I was so exvited to try this expensive 0% alcohol “champagne.” So dissapointed it was not champagne like it flavor. I like sophisticated, french, brut champagnes. Was willing to pay this much per bottle for something interesting to sip. It wasnt promoted as sweet. It is less sweet than sparkling apple juice. Color is beautiful & it loojed good in a champagne flute. Very disappointed.

This was delicious, it was just really expensive to justify for alcohol free sparkling wine. I've found comparable ones that are much cheaper. This one is worth it for the more upscale aesthetic of the bottle though!

Glad I tried this at a friend's house and didn't have to pay $40 for it! I'm a non-drinker & was at the home of some friends for dinner who served this (the wife was expecting at the time). To me it was very bitter, but then again I like sweet things, so maybe it's just a matter of preference since my friends said it tasted fine to them. When I tried to sweeten it up a bit by adding a little sugar, it erupted in foam like a science fair volcano, so for those out there thinking of doing that, don't try it. Personally I wouldn't buy this, but perhaps this is one of those things where whether or not you'll like it varies from person to person.

A present for friend who does not drink alcohol. It apparently tastes lovely.
