Small and easy to swallow but the taste make it hard for kids to swallow.

My 8 yr old could swallow pills . these are small easy to swallow for him and a life saver for me .he would not take any of the omega gummies bc he hated the taste. He will take these daily

The taste is not pleasing and the tablet are gelcaos. I thought they were chewable . I would have done better trying the gummies

My 2yr old son seems to like these but the smell is much fishier than other DHA pills. Overall these are a good value but be cautious of getting these on clothes as it will make them smell.

This is a trustworthy Children's DHA, our children like to eat very much, every day will be on time yelling to eat.

To be fair, this is fish oil so I'm not entirely surprised that it tastes like...fish oil. I had been spoiled by the sugary gummy varieties that completely cover the taste, but was really interested in the addition of lutein. These are very small, so would be good for a child just learning to swallow. The small size actually makes it a bit harder to bite into, and once you do, you get an initial burst of fruit flavor and then overwhelming fish. My 3 year old and I spent the next 30 minutes trying everything to get the taste out of our mouths. Guess I'll be the lucky one finishing the bottle by swallowing and I'll get her the gummies again.

As a two kids mom, I think it is a good product for kids. It helps the growth and development for sure.
