This is a really pretty coat rack. It’s very well made, very easy to put together and looks great in my hallway. There is, however, one design flaw that detracts from the overall look. The screw heads are visible. And they are silver so they really stand out against the dark color I chose. All of the screws are recessed, so why not include some kind of matching cap to put in the screw holes to cover the screw heads? I would think that would be an easy fix. I am going to buy some matching enamel metal paint and paint the heads of all the screws. I also imagine that once items are hung on the rack a lot of the screws may not even be visible. Other than this, I love the looks of this coat rack. It’s heavy and sturdy, no wobbling. Just an all around pretty coat rack. And the price is fair, too. I would recommend it to others. I’m giving it five stars in spite of the visible screw heads.

Well made - easy assembly

While unpacking, I was impressed with the packing materials (fitted padded bag for each wood item). Pieces arrived in excellent condition, assembly was easy and parts fit together as expected. Love the look and finish of this coat rack. Ordered 2 more for other rooms.

I’m not sure that I got my value for my money and I had to go out of my way to get screws to fit because the ones that were sent with the product did not fit. Also if it topples over and falls, it’s going to break something.

This is why I never review items I just receive. It makes no sense at all to me that people can judge the quality of an item or the materials it is made from upon feeling it for the first time or looking at it. Like??? I bought this in October. That's not even half a year ago. One day I went to take my coat off one of the top racks and it broke clean off. There is no reason whatosever for it to break in such a short period of time. Between my husband and I, we only keep our last two, at most three, most recently worn jackets and they are always evenly distributed along the rack due to an incident we had with a cheaper coat rack a couple years ago. We do keep more of an abundance of hats, scarves and masks on it but those weigh next to nothing. While it did break during the rainy season (or autumn/winter for you 4 seasons people) when its colder and we wear heavier coats, that doesn't justify the collapse and it doesn't freeze or snow where we live so we don't wear the heaviest of cold weather coats. Faux-shearling Levi's are as heavy as we get.
