I returned this item. Pedaling was not smooth and was not comfortable under a desk. I tried using it sitting in a chair while watching TV and it was still rough while pedaling.

Good Idea but Light Weight
I have been looking for a tabletop bike like this to exercise my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery and found this one. Assembly of this was very easy. The parts all fit nicely and they were well labeled.I have to say I did not use this with my legs, just my arms because that's what I needed it for.The reason I gave this three stars is twofold. One, it is light weight and bounces around even when using the provided mat. Using it on tabletop it kept moving side to side as I cycled with my arms. If you lower the tension to a lighter setting, it holds in place better. So, you're sacrificing tension for stability. The second reason is that range of motion the pedals provided was very tight so I cannot get full extension of my arms to excise the shoulders.I have to admit that the price and the product are in line with each other. I have used much better cycles like this in therapy but I am sure they cost many times more than this does.Overall, It's an okay to get your arms and legs moving.

Nice product but it took forever to get here
I ordered it on October 4th and Received on November 12. A bit long to get here. Other than that the item serves it purpose

This is cheaply made.
I purchased for my wife, and this thing is so cheaply made it slides all over the floor and doesn't have smooth motion. Basically, useless.Waste of money.
