Very happy to have discovered this as not too keen on regular sauerkraut but want the health benefits. It’s delicious and sugar-free but with an enjoyable sweetness - can recommend with fried eggs!! Looks good and tastes good😋

These are so good great tasting size could be bigger but value for money

I really like the taste of this product. This is great as a side salad. It also works well as part of a sandwich fillingMy only concern is that I think that sauerkraut has quite a lot of salt in it. So I will just buy this as an occasional treat.

The beetroot sauerkraut is not available anywhere I shop so it was nice to see something different, after trying this I loved it, the beetroot gave it an extra kick of sweetness and it goes so well, I ate my jar in a few days, also good value and has super healthy benefits for your gut, however I would like the option to buy a bigger jar as the jars currently are quite small. I will continue to purchase this as I love the flavour.

Quality and fabulous, highly recommended

This is really tangy and a spoonful makes a salty, tart edition to a meal; the usually earthy flavour of beetroot gets masked by the taste of salt and vinegar so it's the sharp, sour tang you notice most. The beetroot is grated so you could easily add a dollop to a burger, a jacket potato or have it with meats or a salad etc.It's a big jar but the sauerkraut doesn't have a long shelf life once opened (jar says to consume within 3 days of opening) so most of the jar went to waste in our home. I won't be repurchasing due to the short shelf life and high salt content (which I didn't notice at the time of ordering) but can't complain too much about the overall flavour and freshness; it's sure to appeal to regular cabbage sauerkraut or pickle fans. I also think that it's very similar in flavour to the beetroot chunks in vinegar that they sell in the chilled aisle at the supermarket and they're cheaper than this jar, with a lot less salt added in, so that's what I'm going to stick with...
