Excellent value pack of pain relieving patches. My husband has severe back pain, and used daily these help reduce his pain and improve his mobility. Nowhere near complete pain relief, but they do make a difference. No idea what is in them, and using an app to translate the back of the packet doesn't say much. They smell somewhat herbal, like clove oil.

This product is one of the worst you may find, do not buy and certainly do not use it. 1. Packaging feels very cheap, thin plastic with poor print. 2. Front company name doesn't match the manufacturing company at the back. 3. Produced from a very small unpopular city by an unknown company on 'Land C-27'??? 4. Plaster is very thin, no medical smell, and unlike other plaster this one feels like paper. A complete waste of money!

If you can take the first 30 minutes of the superheat process, then this product is great. I was concerned I would get the rash after the first attempt because my skin is quite sensitive and it didn't happen. I can still feel warm after 8 hours of using it, so I left it for 12 hours. Then I felt less pain in my arm & elbow when I did the housework. I didn't use it on the second day because I couldn’t bear the heat and threw it away. However, I used it on the third day, and it was fine, so I recommend using it every other day.

Fast delivery, smell lovely, stays on once put it on aids does what it needs to easy to open packaging but have to admit fiddly to peel off backing maybe add a little tab if possible so makes easier to get off

Use these patches for back pain and they actually work for up to 12 hours. Fantastic o. Oh and there cheap compared to a lot of stuff that doesn't work. Highly recommend these.

Don't be fooled by its price, this is an excellent product, very effective. My mother loves it, it gives the exact amount of warmth, not too hot and the benefits last for about 48 hours.

I had painful knee used this product but hard to take backing off. Plaster rolls up when you walk tried lots of different ways of securing on my knee waste of money and does not work.
