Battery issues
I bought the p10 2 years ago, the battery was dead in less than 1 year and i contacted them and had to buy a new battery, now the battery started to die again as it is empty in 15 to 20 minutes after full charge, tried to buy a new one but couldn’t find it and I also tried to contact the customer service team but they i didn’t get any response back

Keep away, do not buy p10 or p11 or any
The item worked for 1 year and the head machine with the rolling brush stopped working, i contacted Procenic customer service, they said THEY DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS and i need to buy a new vacuum and will give me a discount. Producing items without spare parts!!!!!By the way, when i bought the vacuum, i have requested for an additional brush roll with extra amount and thet sent me a bigger size one that do not fit.brand disaster
