Worked on 2.6 density foam
Great price and saved me about $300 for the expensive foam cutter I almost bought for my reupholstering project. I was skeptical this would work but for $20, it was worth it to try. This thing cut pretty straight and mostly smooth through 5” 2.6 density foam. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend for other DIYers cutting foam.

Proctor Silex knife
Had one of these when I got married, lasted me 25 years! Bought another brand and was not happy, the blades were not sharp. Bought the same brand and style that I had years ago and I am very pleased. Very sharp blades , easy to hold.

Doesn’t work with bamboo bread slicer
It’s a good knife but it doesn’t work for slicing bread with my bamboo bread slicer. The little bolt that holds the two blades together sticks out too far so the blades won’t slide through the slats after slicing a slice of bread. Makes slicing a loaf awkward and time consuming. I will be returning it.
