This is a great product. All the important data that medical personnel or facilities would need is right there. I filled out my information with the very easy to follow directions and had my son test it. Everything came right up on his phone and there is no sensitive information that someone could use for nefarious intentions. I also like the fact that the QR code is towards the back so a random person walking by could not scan it without your knowledge. The only thing that I wish they had included is a section for religious preferences which is important to me and others I know, but I just added that to the important information area. I was hesitant at first on using this, or any other product, with a website that collects and stores data (big brother is watching) but they do not really ask for anything that is not pertaining to EMS care and they do not ask for any sensitive information.

Best product I could’ve purchased. I had a scare at work and no one knew my medical background which let me to purchase this product after inputting on my information. I scanned the QR code and the medical information popped up with no problem. This fits on my Apple Watch perfectly. If I have a medical emergency, my information is available for people to support me.

I purchased three metallic items from The Lucky Tag (a silver bracelet, a gold watch strap sleeve, and a rose gold bracelet), and all have the same issue: the QR code is extremely difficult to scan. After contacting the company, I was given tips on how to angle the item to get it to read. While this sometimes worked, it often took multiple attempts. That’s unacceptable in an emergency—paramedics won’t have time to troubleshoot a QR code. Two separate incidents proved the codes couldn’t be scanned reliably. I had several tech-savvy people—including my children and friends—test them. Most attempts failed, especially when the item was worn. Only two scans succeeded on the first try, both while holding the gold sleeve under ideal conditions. These items don’t scan well in bright indoor lighting or sunlight due to glare. When they finally do scan, the medical info is incredibly valuable—but that’s no help if it can’t be accessed quickly. I’m out over $60 for items that don’t function as intended in emergencies. I’ll be trying their non-metallic or silicone options next and hope those perform better. For now, I can’t recommend the metallic versions.

I purchased this watch band ID and another band from the same company. I did order metal for a metal iwatch band…. Which it slides around so I do not recommend metal on metal . Outside of that this idea is brilliant. I have a complex medical issue. The QR code and ability to upload labs/tests/documents is amazing. I emailed their help desk and received an immediate response. They will help you set up on your Pc and can integrate more than one style (i also have a red rubber wristband for water trips) into one profile. Very impressed and I have peace of mind knowing if someone is helping me the know all of my information.

Not wide enough to fit on my Samsung Galaxy 4 watch 44 band. It's hard to read if you can't read small print.

So I was pleased when they arrived and slightly disappointed that one is broken , I’ve been in touch with the seller and they are going to replace the broken one . So that’s great . They are perfect and when you scan the amount of information they hold is amazing. I have complex medical needs and on a variety of drugs . This has loads of room to add additional information that others don’t . I particularly liked it even had a section to say if you have pets , what and how many of them there are and an area to add the name of a person who can be contacted to look after them . When you’re not well and have pets it is an added anxiety to get them sorted and to have that included was brilliant. Now I wait for the second one to be replaced. Will update this when it arrives . If it does then that will be amazing customer service. UPDATE: A replacement one has arrived, so happy they kept their word . Excellent customer service so happy to update to 5 stars
