I found this product helpful for reducing my stress and anxiety levels along with my overall quality of sleep.

I am early on taking this product, it's hard to say how well it is working as I have only taken it for two weeks and feel you don't get a good feel until at least a month in. But so far I can say that it has been easy to swallow which is a plus.

I’ve tried a few different ashwaganda supplements. I suffer from chronic anxiety and am always looking for ways to reduce my stress. These pills are easy to swallow. No unpleasant aftertaste or negative side effects that I can tell. (Other pills have made me feel very nauseous.) I take it before bed and do feel that it helps my quality of sleep. I’m not as restless and don’t wake up as often at night. Quality product for a good price.

This was my first time trying ashwagandha specific supplements. I found myself with slightly more energy and a better time in the bedroom. It seems this helps with arousal. One capsule a day is all I take and I do notice subtle impact. I've notice no negative side effects to date. You get a lot of the capsules in a single jar making it worth the cost. Seems to be of quality as I feel it worked for me.

These ashwagandha capsules are easy to swallow, flavorless, capsules. I am concerned about the low dose since most doses are 1000-2500mg. The botte recommends 1 capsule that is 125 mg daily. Not sure if its mind over matter, but I don't feel any effects from this supplement.

Good quality Ashwagandha. Been taking it for a short while, haven't had any issues.No bad after taste. No bad side effects. Good quality it seems.These are a little bit on the weak side, compared to other Ashwagandha supplements on the market, so these are good for people who are considering trying it for the first time, or who are sensitive to it, or who need to taper off of it.Easy to swallow as well. Nothing bad to say about the product.
