Stylish and rugged looking and dia of 40mm fits my wrist perfectly. Good price. Nylon stripe too thin. Timex warranty card with stamp n date of purchase not enclosed. Checked with local Timex service agent that purchase from Amazon Singapore with shipment directly from USA is not covered by their warranty/services. Hence, if repair services are required, repair cost is chargeable.

Very nice looking watch, I really like it but I think I just got a bad one, it ticks LOUDLY on my nightstand. Going to return and try again. Otherwise it’s a very slick watch, good backlight, solid looks, nice dial with color matched date wheel, good strap, fair price. The only things I would change would be a sapphire crystal for durability, and a better quartz movement.

I need to stop doing this: buying Timex Expedition watches with the Indiglo easy-to-read-in-the-dark function for backpacking. Since October 2019 I have bought three of these watches. The Indiglo function stopped working days after the 1-month return period elapsed. Amazon's vendor will not stand behind a return; Timex's repair shop wants to charge $8 (handling) + $30 (repair) + a shipping charge for a watch that I bought for $45. I could have saved money by purchasing one good watch for $135--$150 and not run into the product failures. Do not waste your money on a Timex Expedition.

Hubby is very happy with this watch he picked out. However, we were not happy about the how we kept getting notifications on when we would receive it. So, just keep in mind when you order this product that you may not receive it until a week after promised delivery date, just in case this will be a gift for someone!

I loved this Time Sierra Expedition watch at first. The case looked great with the nice matching NATO strap. This was replacing an 9-year-old cheap Timex Expedition in which the indiglo light and date counter were no longer working. However, after 2 weeks, I noticed that this brand new watch was already over a minute behind. So I bought a new made-in-Japan CR2016 battery and popped it in, hoping for an improvement. After about another 2 weeks, I noticed that the time was still slow, so it lost about 2 minutes total in 4 weeks. For me this wasn't acceptable since my 9-year-old cheap plastic-case Timex was (and still is) much more accurate (within +/-10 seconds per month). So unfortunately I had to return this new Expedition Sierra.
