Really amazing

I ordered this straightener as my hair is short but although it works well, i.e. it heats up quickly and there are several different temperatures to choose from, I find the blades are too small and it is quite difficult to change the temperature. Therefore it is not the best one for me.

Ordered these mini straighteners to travel with turns out mini means size of the plates which are very thin and would take forever to straighten medium length hair , the unit is still the same length as my cloud nine full length straighteners

Packed up working in less than two months and cloud nine would not refund me so left with faulty irons after 1.5 months. They offered repair of £79.00 which is hardly anything as I paid £119 for them in the first place so may as well buy another pair of straighteners but not cloud nine ones. Totally disgusted.
