Daler-Rowney Graduate Acrylic Paint, Plastic Tube, 4oz - 120 ml, Peach Pink

I write this review based on my decades of experiences as a consumer and user of this type of item. I have always enjoyed doing small lightweight activities preferring for example making a jewellery box to a blanket box. Lockdown has led to new activities including the making of latex moulds and decorating same. Latex paint is said to have weather resistant quality so I picked if for the variety of fairy doors and similar that I have been making with my bright three year old granddaughter. There is a very wide range of colour, these paints intended for real art. Red, Blue, etc, all the primary and many in between with made up names for a tone of whic ever colour. They mix fairly well and stay useable without getting lumpy for about 20 minutes in small quantities. Sold in Jars and tubes through Amazon they are really quite expensive as opposed to high street shop prices,!especially the works at less than 50% of Amazon cost. Even allowing for my prime delivery convenience the cost saving if you can get to the shop is huge Overall. EXPENSIVE but Bright colours, mix well and dry on a variety of surfaces quickly.

I've been using the paint on 3D printed models. It is quite thick so can be used to fill minor imperfections in the model. Of course if you layer it on too thick you'll get loads of brush marks. Very good, even skin-tone colour. Loads of coverage from this size. I painted a mask that is bigger than my head and it hardly touched the contents of the tube.

The paint is as expected and quite good quality for the price. I'm using it to paint portraits, and it mixes well with other acrylic paints so I'm pretty pleased with it,

Excellent product for acrylics painting

The photo is misleading! Not at all what I thought I was getting. You actually get one tube or portrait paint which is very peach in tone. Very disappointed.

Good paint

Ordered portrait pink .received peach pink. Returned reordered got peach pink. Not sure if colour names have changed??? Paint is nice but colours are confusing

I have used this paint in the past, that is why I got it. No longer available in the store and so I had run out before finishing two paintings so I had to find those colors to complete works. I am happy to have gotten the paint and so now I can finish the paintings and have more to spare. The delivery was far less that acceptable, kind of the UPS standard as of late. UPS has been sending me a few items that were damaged. The paint was damaged, the package was found dirty, as if it was dropped in the gutter, also when I opened the package I smelled paint, I knew at that point at least one tube was damaged. As I went into the package there was paint residue all over both tubes and inside the package, I had to clean them to see if both or only one tube was broken, it was just one tube. I did not return it because I need the colors and when I bought them there were ony 3 tubes of that color left, I bought two of them Also having to keep the paint about one quarter of the paint in that tube was just wasted. If you can order but not let UPS deliver it I would otherwise say it is good paint, and it is not really just a student type paint, anyone can use it. I would suggest varnishing it to complete the work and preserve and intensify the color. I did also get two more colors and Amazon delivered them with zero problems of careless handling of the package.

Der Versand ging sehr rasch bei diesem Verkäufer und die Bestellung kam tadellos an. Zwei Farben hatte der Verkäufer nicht mehr auf Lager wo er mir aber gleich den Differenzbetrag auf mein Konto Überwies. Mit dem Produkten von Daler-Rowney bin ich auch zufrieden. Ich bin Freischaffender Künstler und brauche diese Produkte daher auch Beruflich. Sie sind also für Einsteiger geeignet und auch für höhere Ansprüche. Der Preis ist im Vergleich zu gleichwertigen Produkten Schmincke, Amsterdam, Lascaux ,etc... sind bei Daler-Rowney sehr empfehlenswert. Der Verkäufer hatte die Produkte sogar noch günstiger in seinem Shop als üblich in einem Künstlergeschäft. Danke:)
