Utter garbage! NOT as described! NOT made of METAL
Does not deserve even HALF of a star, never mind the ONE I am compelled to give it in order to post this review - fix that nonsense Amazon, allow reviews with LESS THAN one OR NO STARS!This nasty crap is mostly made of crappy PLASTIC. The blue/cream outside parts are SOFT 'pvc' that shows scratches without even trying. The 'inside' has 'seperators' made of even WORSE quality plastic than the outside!The 'body', inside & out, of this thing is PLASTIC.The 'hinge & clasp' MAY or may NOT be metal, the VW logo & other 'shiny chrome' parts MAY be metal - I don't remember.Not worth a quarter (£4.23 approx) of the £16.95, I paid (I am getting a full refund), since I returned it.Not worth even the £3.00! I paid for a PLAIN RED REAL LEATHER item (NOT 'VW' related), with a zip (from a different store, local to me), that has fabric seperators for each card (x10) plus space for SMALL paper Till reciepts.THIS 'VW' item, does NOT match in any way, the so far perceived 'material & manufaturing quality' of the other 'VW Official Merchandise' items that I bought from the Amazon Shopping app & same 'official seller':1) 'Good Quality China' VW T2 Orange/White Camper Mug 370ml for my 2x daily Latte - I have no idea if it is 'dishwasher/microwave safe' - but it has 'logos' on the bottom suggesting 'something' like that, but I doubt the images on it would stand up to much heat or strong detergents, so I wash it by hand instead.2) Enamel or painted Tin VW T1 Blue/White Camper Mug, for 'camping trips & picnics', with a picture on it matching one of the tin signs, will hand wash that one too.3) 'VW T1 Camper', Red/White/Chrome (the blue/white one doesn't match my Golf) METAL Key Ring with bottle opener, ummmm........for my car keys, ........duh!4) 1x large neoprene pouch with a zip closure (shaped & coloured - beige/white with 'red cross' logo - like a 1960's German T1 Ambulance) - used for my FIRST Aid Kit,5) 3x Metal T1 VW CAMPER Signs VERY WELL PAINTED but expensive for their size &6) a rather expensive, as unfortunately rather small, floor mat (same blue as my VW Golf) with WHITE 'VW Parking Only logo' on it.
