Nice nd comfortable with bare feet but if you want to wear it with sandals on, then I found it difficult coz of cushion on back side.but may be one size large sandle and you are good to go..that's for me..but it may fit you better .

The pad doesnt stay on foot for long, with just 3 mins walking (barefoot) its keeps coming off from foot, it is not tight, wouldnt recommend, to whatever time it stays, it is comfortable but needs to keep pulling back everytime

There is no size option while ordering and replacing the product. It is too big, while walking it is coming out.

The product was delivered in a proper packing and the quality itself was good. The gel/cushion support was soft and provided relief from the forefoot pain I had. I wish they come up with a larger size sleeves for wider/bigger feet in future. But I highly recommend this for people who are suffering with forefoot pain and have trouble walking barefoot or regular footwear with limited cushioning.

Far too small for UK Size 10 male, yet is sold as for adults they probably only suit up to UK size 6. Gel pad is very slim and would not help very much.
