Perfect outdoor camera easy to set up and really good clear picture. I find Tapo products really good value and reliable. I have 4 cameras and 4 plugs all great and reliable I definitely recommend this camera

Good cameras was surprised how easy they are to set up, SD card log on to wifi and put it where you want. PIR tracking is good, night vision too.Only issue we had was one kept dropping of the wifi, still worked, you just couldn't long on to it via the app, installed a wifi extender which seems to solved it. Overall happy with them

Just like everything from tp-link, These cameras are AMAZING!-Very easy to connect and set up despite what some reviews say. (and we have rubbish internet/wifi)-Picture quality is amazing-Night mode is brilliant-The AI features of recognizing people etc are brilliant-All the app features are useful and well thought out.(and despite what reviews say you can do everything without paying the subscription as long as youve got an SD card in it.-Works with Alexa, Google and Siri.-You can pay a very reasonable price to use cloud storage instead of messing around with SD cards (although this is as simple as putting an SD card in the camera.)-The notifications are instant and the app handles everything very well(supports up to 32 cameras and you can mix types)There are no negatives to these cameras like the reviews are saying just people not reading the description properly and buying the wrong camera for what they need!If you need OUTDOOR buy OUTDOOR, if you need INDOOR buy INDOOR. Its simple. If you buy one and face it out of your window it WONT WORK at night time, of course it wont, the IR will give a reflection.I am so very impressed with these cameras i can't get over how good they are for the price.You will absolutely not get any better for the price. if you need security cameras BUY THESE.I've ordered an indoor one and a second outdoor one at the time of writing this.

I bought this for use in mobile sytems, eg Campervans, motorhomes etc that already have a 12v power system. This powers directly from that so nice and easy to integrate into that existing system for the power.it’s easy to setup with the TP link apps, I also have a TP-link router to provide the Wifi internet connectivity. I’ve not tried the cloud service yet which brings some extra features but without that it does enough for me. The first micro SD card I put in only worked for a few mins before throwing an error. I then got a Sandisk Ultra which is working fine.The amount of data used will vary a lot depending on how much footage you review remotely, but it can be quite data hungry so watch out. I seem to be averaging around 300mb/day and that’s with not a lot of viewing. Any events are stored on the SC card locally, you have to be on the same local WiFi network to DOWNLOAD the clips, but you can still review the clips over the internet from anywhere which is useful.This does NOT work with Apple Home Kit. I haven’t tried the other equivalents but supposedly it will work with those.The AI detection of motion/person seems mostly pretty good, although the rain at night time does trigger false detection events.For 5 stars it needs some tweaks on the AI detection to minimise the false alerts when it rains, and for Apple homekit support. It would also be nice to be able to choose a lower bitrate stream for general viewing remotely, only sending the full res stream when you review/download clips specifically, to cut down on data usage.Overall I’m happy with it, and even with a £15 128gb SD card, it’s decent value. Would recommend for vanlifers, motorhomes etc.

Pretty good cameras and quality isn't too bad , do get a problem with connection when it rains and looses signal, would I recommend yes. As it's updated and easy to use good to record and you can pan and tilt with security light and warning siren 🙂

I’ve been using the Security Camera for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. Setup was super simple, it takes just a few minutes to update firmware and setup using the Tapo app and it was up and running.The 2K video quality is incredibly sharp, far better than my old 1080p camera. Nice little security to camera..easy to mount..easy to set up..and video quality is excellent..plus it records on a loop and will record for several days before the card is full..also you can download and keep any footage that you may want.Very pleased with camera
