The feel and usability is great. Highly reccomended.

Pros ans cons
For someone with a small neck, the size fits. However it's not so easy to fold and put back into the case. It gets more difficult when flying economy and passengers next to you as arm movements are restricted. The case is adequate but the one I received was not in the best shape. The ropes used to fasten the case were already having signs of twine coming out. Not sure how long it will last. Haven't tried washing the pillow after the flight, hopefully it won't be a hassle to put case back into the foam.
