Q: What is the difference between the pc545 and the pc545MJ?

The "MJ" refers to the metal jacket surrounding the battery. A nice idea, but what it meant for me was that the battery is a bit too big to fit on my 2001 Moto Guzzi V 11 Sport. The standard battery would not have been a problem.

Q: Will this still fit in my 2003 Honda gl1800 goldwing since this battery has the metal jacket on it and does it come with all the necessary bolts?

Physically smaller than the average battery of this watt hour, so typically yes. It does come with the screws and standoffs for the power terminals. Fits my Triumph Rocket 3 nicely.

Q: What is the difference between the pc545 and the pc545MJ?

The PC545MJ has a protective metal jacket around the battery which provides a slightly higher operating temperature range, slightly more vibration resistance, and protection again debris that may hit the battery (when used in certain applications).
