This headset is comfortable and is good at blocking out background noise from your coworkers. The material is high quality. The sound quality is excellent. Sometimes the mic doesn't pick up your voice if you're not a loud talker, but your words are always clear to whoever you're talking to.

I wanted a headset for my desk at work as I tend to be on my landline frequently, and was experiencing neck pain when resting my phone on my shoulder and typing at the same time.I have a Mitel Superset 4025 telephone, and purchased this headset because my telephone model was listed as compatible. This particular headset had great reviews compared to the previous one that I purchased which had a 3 star rating and was less expensive than this one. I returned it to the seller because it stopped working after only 4 weeks of use.After installing this headset, I found that no one on the other end of the line could hear me, and assumed it was a microphone issue. I contacted Mairdi, and they promptly found the solution to my headset issue. It turns out that I needed a different adapter than what was originally sent. The adapter arrived within a week of identifying the issue and now the headset works great - it's comfortable, functional, and very clear in sound and speech.I would have given this product 4 stars based on the initial issue, but Mairdi's customer service was so efficient that I will give them 5.

Do yourself a favor and get a gamer headset instead. I had to play with wire position to get audio. I had to make my customers repeat what they said constantly cause the sound kept cutting out. I ended up using tape to hold the wires in a way that kept the audio from cutting out but that only lasted about a week or 2. The headset is useless now. Customer support said they would send me a cable replacement but after 3 follow-up requests from me and at least a month later, no cable replacement arrived. They were just giving me the runarounds and here i am with the negative review.

Very satisfied with this item. I have no problems hearing the discussions or being heard.

I bought this specifically to work with a Shoretel 230 phone so I could hear people on the other end of a conversation and cut out noise on my end. With the supplied connectors, it plugs right in to the Shoretel phone and it works perfectly. As a bonus, using a different connector (also supplied), I can connect to my computer for Skype meetings and can use this with my cell phone. In each different use, I have asked the people I am talking to and each has said that they hear me loud and clear. I did order a foam mic cover to help reduce the likelihood of "P's" "Popping" and other such problem sounds. Happy with this purchase, and I use this headset almost everyday at work.

The product was good, however, the connector to the phone was bigger than the one at my work so I returned it.

I ordered these headphones for desktop telephone use. I wanted over-the-ear headphones, asked that as a question, and had a reply that "yes" they are over-the-ear. They are not. They are ON ear headphones. I mean, seriously, is the concept of over-the-ear too complicated for some people who answer product questions? My commenrs above (the "stars") are guesses - because I never tried these on. They have been returned. BTW - the company never replied to my question about these earphones.

I use an Avaya phone and I work from home so I needed a noise canceling headset and it worked right out the box with the adapter. It came during my shift and I plugged it right in. I am so glad I didn’t have to return this as I did the other one from another company
