Update: Seller refunded my money even though I didn’t ask for a refund. Apparently the earlier cases were a problem but they have fixed the buttons. If I hadn’t needed another case right away I would have purchased another case from them. Good customer service.Good news: Nice case.Bad news: 2 buttons, the large one on one side of the case, and the volume down button on other side of the case do not work. Push as hard as you want, they don't move to activate the phone buttons. Too rigid. Recommend you do not buy this case.I bought this case a month in advance of giving it as a birthday present as an accessory for the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Amazon return window is closed. A not so happy birthday.

Encased V2 SlimShield for iPhone 15 Pro Belt Clip Case with Phone Holster fits perfectly. Been purchasing Encase for all my iPhones, they don't disappoints.

I was eager to try this case and was excited when I put it on the phone. Fit was perfect and it provided ample protection. However, for some reason none of the buttons on my iPhone 15 Pro Max worked once the cover was on the phone. The buttons would depress but the phone did not power off, lower or raise volume, or lock. The action button also did not work. For whatever reason this case disables all buttons on the phone. Very disappointed. I hope that they can fix this issue. Maybe it is something with the Mag Safe elements in the case??? If this is fixed I’m sure this would be an excellent case.

This is a nice case and holster combo. I’m disappointed that the Action button is only a cut out and not a button like the volume.

Product Update: this was my original review: None of the buttons work when the case is on the phone. I purchased this just to get the clip holster to use with another case, so I won’t return it, but the case doesn’t work.The seller reached out to me and after they recognized the problem, they fixed their product and are sending me a replacement at no charge. I love all their other products they make and their customer service is top notch!

So relieved it had everything I needed expressly for my new phone. I’ve been Frankensteining other quasi solutions together, but this is appropriate to the quality of an expensive phone. Very pleased and happy to have paid a reasonable price. Not cheap in quality or price, but reasonable and good looking. Thank you!

Do not buy. This case puts constant pressure on the power and volume buttons causing a multitude of problems like streams of inadvertent screen shots, attempted emergency calls, constant volume changing both up and down without touching the phone. Would be better if the phones buttons were just not covered instead to raised buttons built into the case.

I'm looking for a case with Holster for my new iPhone Pro Max. I had been buying a few other brands prior, but they don't last long before they break. I found this Amazon Encased version and wanted to give it a try. Initially, I received a case with a defect, so I contacted Encased customer service; boy, they were so easy to deal with, and provided a replacement right away. Thank you, Encased. Now all the dust has settled, I think this case is well designed and built with great quality; the soft texture material will protect the screen, and the Macsafe is very strong and holds the wireless battery very secure. Encased has a lifetime warranty that actually has people answer calls without routed a million departments which is refreshing.

Fits good, buttons work well.
