Seems to work. With a lightning port even!
Actually worked! I made a hanger for a swing arm lamp out of baling wire (it’s REAL baling wire! I ordered it special! I wanted “it looks like it’s held together with duct tape and baling wire” to be the actual truth.) hangs straight down. Seems to work for pcb boards so far.

I think it’s worth the risk!
The media could not be loaded. I really enjoy this product. I like how as soon as you plug it in a prompt pops up to open the app so super easy to use. There’s no audio but pics and videos come out clear. Only thing is the pics and videos are not automatically saved to your phone pics they stay in the app so you either have to take a screenshot or screen record of them or allow full access to all your pics which honestly I just take a screenshot bec I don’t trust this thing completely. I’ve been told the company who makes things like these sell them super cheap so we download the app and the app then sends all our info to the company to sell so if that’s true I may be screwed but I’m not gonna allow permission to all my phone’s s videos and pics willingly. Otherwise it’s a lot of fun looking at stuff with this microscope! 😅

This microscope works great, takes a little to get used to, but the magnification is wonderful. I use it for coins that I have found, or have for my coin collection. End The image is perfect for what I use it for.Would recommend this for any coin collector or stamp collector or anything for small or minute items? The app takes a little getting used to I can also use it for sending it to my friends to show what I found.I just wish there was a way that you could change the imaging to make it easier to send to friends highly recommend. This item works great for me.

Cheap connector.
The lightning jack necessary to plug into an iPhone is so poorly made that it not only wouldn’t work, it potentially could damage your phone from the constant repeated insertion and withdrawals attempting to get it to function. I returned it.

Requires app. Can't turn off 'click' noise. Works.
Requires app. App has questionable terms of service you have to agree to. Taking a picture has a very long delay and a loud 'click' noise. You cannot disable the noise. You need a stand or mount to use this, no one has hands that can hold this without it being shaky. Dust cover could have been designed to hold items at best distance, but that's not really a problem. I got a clear image. Does as advertised. Would rate higher if I could remove shutter noise. Would rate higher if app worked without terms.
