Super easy to use with clear instructions

So I've had both good and bad experiences. I sent my test off Dec 2025 and was able to log in with my email to track the test. It was delivered to the lab. Then no updates for 3 weeks. I emailed customer service to ask about my results and they responded same day saying they would look into it. The next day I receive an email that my sample was "too old" and they were going to send me another test. This test arrived quickly and I added my blood and sent it off. It was a totally different experience. So they sent me text and email updates telling me when my test was received sent to the lab and when my results were ready. The results are easy to understand. Jan 12th I put the test in the mail and the results were ready Jan 21st. So I thought for sure I was scammed with the first test, but the 2nd test was a good experience.

First of all the amount of blood that you have to put on the card is much more than any other at home kit I’ve ever done and I’ve done plenty. The website doesn’t let you follow shipment and results. Go on the website and try to make an account and then decide if you really wanna deal with this company.
