I have a comfirmed b12 deficiency, was diagnosed in 2004 and for 7 years had injections at GPS but I developed an allergy to them hives all over and severe chest pains, so I had to stop went 5 years being OK, but became unwell with a long list of symptoms doctors didn't realise it was b12 it took me to suggest it had come back, apparently it stores in the liver for 5 years but will deplete again, so couldn't have injections the gave me cyanocobalamin tablets but make me feel so sick so after my own research I found sublingual I take one a day after 3 months I was tested at my gps to check levels and they had rose to a very high level, not considered dangerous when you have a b12 deficiency and take supplements, i been on these for 4 years now and continue to have high levels when tested once a year, but NHS does not prescribe sublingual only oral tablets, not really fair when you can't use the injections, so for anyone who has a genuine b12 deficiency they really do work,

They are ok no after taste

A few months ago I started getting cracks at the side of my mouth and no amount of lipsalves and creams seemed to help. Then I read somewhere that a vitamin B12 deficiency might be the cause of this so I bought this product. This has helped improve the condition a lot. I take one tablet a day and let it dissolve under the tongue. The tablets taste quite good and dissolve easily. I still get some dryness around the mouth but the cracks and the pain are gone. Really glad I bought this.

Being vegan I use this daily to avoid b12 deficiency. I love it, it’s part of my daily routine.
