I ordered this to wear to Disneyland under a dress, and it looked perfect! I always wear shorts under my skirts so I cannot speak to the fabric texture, but it was not tight at all, and it did not slip! It was great for all day wear and it looked lovely. I was worried that the fabric may snag, but it was super durable. It did not tear at all throughout the day and was great for getting on and off rides. Perfect wear for an event or for fun! It fit well, the fabric felt high quality, it was durable, and it puffed the dress perfectly.

This item is PERFECT for making my waist look extra small. I wore it underneath a retro polka dot skirt, and it added just the right amount of volume under my skirt to feel sexy! Material wasn’t itchy and was so comfortable! I am 5’9 130lb and ordered a small.

Petty coat is great! Fits well, doesn’t roll down, just the right amount of fluff for under a Halloween costume.

Descent amount of floof. It's a little long but when you hike it up, it actually works really well and it helps with the floof factor 😉
