Carlson's Vitamin A 10,000 IUs only provides vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, it does not provide any vitamin A as beta-carotene. Fish naturally store vitamin A in their livers as retinyl palmitate so the vitamin A from the fish liver oil is also as retinyl palmitate.
