I cannot express how much this item has changed my life! I use it for light lifting at home, pilates, and more! The resistance is spectacular, and you can add a lot of weight to your sets if you wish. The size is great for an apartment dweller, it breaks down into a small and portable shoulder bag. Setting up is user friendly and takes seconds, plus they include an instruction book that gives you a few exercises to get you started if you’re a beginner!

Was looking into another company and they charged almost 5 times what this cost! It does the same thing and I’m getting efficient workouts in, so easy and fun. I love it! My kids love it too!

The media could not be loaded. I love trying new ways to workout. Resistance bands have always been my favorite, so these add a new level to that. You can double the resistance bands to make it that much harder of a workout. Portable and simple. Love the little exercise sheet too!

The Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands started off strong. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and great for adding some variety to your workouts. For a while, it felt like a solid piece of equipment.The bar itself is sturdy, no complaints there. The resistance bands were decent at first, giving a good range for exercises, but then the 30 lb band gave out. Not from anything crazy, just regular use. It’s frustrating because if a resistance band can’t handle its advertised weight, what’s the point?If you’re using the lighter bands or not pushing them too hard, it might hold up fine. But if you’re looking for something durable that can take regular workouts, this might not be the best choice.

Love how easy it is to put together, get your workout in, and then put it back into the convenient bag to store. I take it in my luggage when I travel for work. I use it during commercial breaks when watching TV. So I love it!!

I like it and it seems to work, however I never got anything showing me exercises. I didn’t get the video either.
