Osmo 3040C 0.75 Litre Polyx Hard Wax Oil Tints - White

A cross between wax and oil is easy to brush on and really brings out the grain of the wood. So far has proven to be stain free although its still early days but so far proving to be a good choice. Recommended to a mate who has also used it and is pleased with the results. Bear in mind this is an oil not a varnish so if your wood finish is rough it will not be smoothed in any way after application.

Very good quality and easy to use, much better than using varnish.

Classic Osmo product. Perfect for Victorian pine floorboards to avoid yellowing. This contains 4% white pigment to counter the natural yellowing in pine when applying an oil, wax, varnish etc in light colours.Spend time to research the application method via the Osmo website and YouTube! Very important.

Before and after pics! Great stuff and I found it covers more than it says on tin. Easy to use... However one has to apply very cautiously to ensure even coverage. I recommend finishing with their clear matt oil on top. Highly recommended :)

Love how well this protects. Used it on some scaffold boards to make some furniture. It's had water spilled on it lots and it wipes right off. Fairly easy to apply with a large brush and took the yellow tone right out of the wood. It does have quite a strong smell afterwards though so apply it when you can open some windows.

Went on well, have had a liquid spill, it sat bubbled on top and wiped off without trace. Good stuff.

Used it for floor and doors. A year ago. So far all good
