This supplement is unbelievable. I've had mineral deficiencies for years, and it affected so many things. Taking synthetic supplements changed nothing. I ended up taking this because of a broken bone and I was worried about not healing well. Not only am I healing great, but my nails have DRASTICALLY changed. Before this supplement, they were soft and peeling. Not they're strong, and no longer peeling or breaking. I can't even believe it because nothing else had helped. Definitely recommend!!! I also buy this company's matcha and Vitamin C, and I love both.

My wife and I have taken Bone Renewal for years and have seen our bone density scans show stable to increased density, compared to the years before taking the supplement.

It is very hard to find the best formula for bone renewal without breaking the bank. I have osteoporosis and have done my due diligence to research non-prescription drug alternatives. This has been one of the best vitamin formulas I could find out there that contains not only calcium but also other important nutrients such as K1, K2, Vitamin D3, and magnesium as well as copper, zinc and manganese, all of which are important for absorption. Calcium by itself will not get absorbed well without them (and that's why plain calcium is no longer recommended). The one thing missing in this formula is Vitamin C, which is also important for calcium absorption. So let's get back to calcium. Another reviewer complained that the amount of calcium in the vitamins has been reduced. That's a good thing. You don't want too much calcium or it can cause heart issues and other problems. Keep in mind as well that most of us get at least some calcium from food so you need to calculate that in. The latest research shows that the form of calcium is also important. The marine algae calcium in Pure Synergy is an alkalizing form that is highly absorbable. EDITED: But here comes a caveat. Medical research is now finding that, unfortunately, almost all seaweed (aka marine algae) is contaminated with heavy metals which can lead to cancer. And that's what Pure Synergy is using in these otherwise very good vitamins. UPDATE: I have now increased my rating to 5 stars. I wrote to Pure Synergy about my concerns and they responded immediately. They assured me they do all kinds of testing for heavy metals and conform to California regulations on these matters, which are quite strict. By the way, please do not base your decision on which vitamins to buy based on reviews claiming the vitamins worked for somebody. This is called anecdotal evidence. It is not based on gold standard science, which means you have to have double blind controlled studies with a large enough number of people to know if something is effective. One person who thinks it works means nothing. So I cannot tell you if these vitamins have worked for me. I am a scientist, but in the wrong field (education), however I do know how to evaluate research. I am sharing what I have learned in case it helps others. Excellent supplement for bone health.

I love this brand for their vitamin c and their high standard of quality but this blend is not for me. I was taking a bone supplement during my pregnancy and postpartum for a specific reason and wanted to try this brand, but I concluded that my body didn’t need that much magnesium. When you take too much magnesium it acts like a laxative in your body and that’s what it did to me. If you’re not used to taking 400 mg of magnesium this might not be the product for you.

Very happy so far. Purchased because I am concerned with my bones and teeth. Had a severe toothache recently, went to the dentist and was told there I should have it pulled or root canal + crown. I've had pain in the tooth for about 6 months off and on but it recently got very bad. Took the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor and pain pills for a few days and scheduled to have it pulled (no dental insurance at this time and did not want to suffer with the pain). These arrived and along with cutting back on coffee and brushing with homemade remineralizing toothpaste (recipe from Wellnessmama.com) after every meal, cod liver oil, mac (which is high in magnesium), and these twice a day. I can say that I cancelled my appointment to have the tooth pulled, did not even finish taking the pain medicine prescribed by the dentist, and all pain is gone. I believe I have time to gain dental insurance and get that root canal/crown. I do feel that the saliva in my mouth at the correct alkalinity is important but if you are missing the minerals needed for teeth and bone building then it will not be successful. I feel that my teeth are healthier, its been about 3 weeks. That does seem fast but I avoid sugar except for the bit in my coffee at that pulls calcium from your teeth and bones into your bloodstream and therefore weakens them when your sugar levels go up. So healthy diet and supplements. Also, my kids have commented on my teeth being whiter than usual.

It's hard to separate out effects, but together with some additional supplements recommended by my osteoporosis specialist - ie: vit K2, multivitamins, and Omega 3 plus regular exercise and 2-3x a week strength, and a prescription estrogen patch, my spinal and hip bone density improved remarkably. Not going to mess with success!

I try to always buy pure synergy products because of the quality. When I opened the sealed container I noticed a lot of powder on the bottom of the jar. I emptied out the bottle and found many of the capsules were split and half full. I went back to amazon to get a refund and was told this item was not returnable and it wouldn't give me a refund. I then called Amazon customer service and the girl I spoke to was very helpful and she credited my card. If anything u buy here says not returnable or refundable call customer service. I still recommend pure synergy. They are more expensive but the quality is why plus u get your supplement in an amber glass jar.
