I have been buying this product for years because of its excellent value for money. Each spoon powder has a very high concentration of nutrients, much higher than the average, and this really guarantees its effectiveness, which can already be felt after a few days of taking it. The result is a healthy feeling of having more energy during the day and experiencing less tiredness, and physically nails and hair are visibly healthy. One table spoon a day is sufficient, so one package ensures a treatment of almost 2 months. Highly recommended

I love magnesium. Earlier I was taking tablets, but thought I'd try this out because it seemed more premium and promised to be "maximum absorption" and what not. Well, lesson learned: more expensive ≠ better, not always. First off, to get the promised benefit, a single serving is supposed to be 3.75g of this powder. That gives you just about 24 servings per 90g jar. A bit expensive if you ask me. And even then, I found the effects way milder than the tablets. Second - add it to a glass of water, and only part of it mixes well. Some of it settles to the bottom. Making the last sip extra concentrated, sour, and unpleasant. That brings us to third and last issue: it's not flavourless - so it can't be mixed with other supplement cocktails. And I'm not a fan of the orange glucose/tang taste in particular. Overall, would not buy again

Contro: - Prezzo: Il costo non è tra i più economici, e considerando un uso continuativo, può rappresentare un impegno economico. - Risultati a lungo termine: Non è ancora possibile confermare l'efficacia sul controllo dell’herpes labiale, dato che assumo l'integratore da poco tempo. Considerazioni finali: E' un integratore valido per chi cerca di sostenere energia e benessere, ma i risultati sui benefici a lungo termine, come il supporto al sistema immunitario contro l’herpes, saranno visibili solo con il tempo.
