Hi there, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. The reason I thank you is the reviews on this item aren't mine. I wasn't aware that Amazon has one listing for one items then different sellers can buy of this listing. I have been selling with Amazon for only 2 weeks I've sold a few items and all have arrived safely. Although I am new here I am an experienced seller if fragile items with PM and other selling sites for many years now with 5 star reviews. Not going to deny that the ticktock video showing all the cute Halloween Hello Kitty merch got me. I wanted this mug so bad but was lucking out at Marshall's, home goods etc. Just my luck it was available here, probably spent a few more dollars ordering online, but saved myself the hassle of finding parking and impulse buying at Marshall's lol. Love my mug!!
