Great Shed. Build with 2 People if you can. Can build with 1 if you cant.
Great shed, especially for the sale price. Not perfect, but really good. The good: - Sturdy once assembled - Attractive looking - Good amount of space - Pretty easy to put together (took about half a day doing it 95% myself) The Not Good: - Not 100% sealed from the outside. Even aside from the vent slats, there is a little bit of daylight coming through the middle joint of each side wall. Just not perfect alignment. Should be easy to correct with a bit of caulk. - A couple pieces (specifically, roof pieces) were difficult to get slotted in correctly. Could be easier with two people. - The metal locking pins for the center of the walls were very difficult to get in. Directly say to slide them into place, but I needed to use a piece of wood and a hammer to tap them into place (wood was to give me something to hit with the hammer). Recommend this technique if you struggle with those like I did. - Getting the protective tape off of the window pieces was one of the hardest and most annoying parts of the build. I ended up using a heat gun to warm up the tape so that it would not break/split into so many pieces. This part of the process was a frustrating nightmare. I think the warmer the windows are when you do this, the better. Suggestions: Best to assemble with two people, but a single person can do it with the help of a stepladder that's tall enough to lean wall panels against before they are secure, and some clamps to hold certain pieces in place before they are secured with screws. The roof will also be much easier to assemble with another person. You don't want to over-tighten any screws going into plastic, but a power screwdriver is definitely handy to get the screws most of the way in before hand tightening. There are a LOT of screws. Definitely want a flat, level surface to build this on, and definitely need to anchor the shed to that surface. I built mine on top of a wood base, anchored the shed to the base, and anchored the base to the ground. All in all, though, very happy with the purchase. Great shed. Looks good too.

Good, sturdy and large shed
Overall, it's a good storage shed, very sturdy, good looking, and doesn't leak in the rain. It's nice and roomy. Assembly isn't too difficult if you're good at following pictograph instructions. But it's definitely a two-person job. My husband and I took half the day to put it together on a concrete slab. You'll need a ladder, especially when assembling the roof, and a power screwdriver. The only complaint is getting the doors aligned so they open and close freely. Even though we built it on a perfectly level concrete slab, it's still slightly misaligned so that we have to kick the bottom of the door to close it all the way. It's not that big of a deal to me, so I'm still giving it 5 stars overall.

Nice shed for price
Great little shed! Fits all my gardening stuff. Was easy to put together. Only complaint is that it doesn’t come with hooks to hang stuff on the inside

If i could give 0 stars, I would.
I read the mixed reviews on this shed and decided id wait for it to go on sale to buy it. That was a mistake. I ordered it late November, received it in mid December. First off, this IS a two person job despite what the company states. We had such a hard time getting pieces to fit together, then when we made it to the roof, it didnt fit properly. I reached out to Rubbermaid customer support a few days after receiving this product for a replacement roof panel. After going back and forth with Rubbermaid, it took about 2 weeks, they finally sent out my new roof panel which i had to wait a few days to a week for. So 3 weeks in to owning this shed, i had a half completed product in my yard for, then when we tried to fit the new shed piece on, it still didnt fit. I ripped the shed down and filed for a refund with amazon. I thought the hard part was over. I was very very wrong. To have this shed picked up was another week and a half long experience in which i had 3 appointments with the pickup company. My first appointment for them to pick up, the driver refused to pick it up due to it not being in a box, despite my distinction in the paperwork stating it wasnt in the original package. My second appointment, they didnt even dispatch the truck that day and instead of telling me that, i waited around for the 2-3 hour window waiting for them to show up. My third appointment they finally picked up my return. Then it took another 2 weeks to get the item in amazons possession. I had bought an older model rubbermaid shed off fb marketplace for half the price and it took another hour to build. Im very happy with this shed. I guess Rubbermaid has declined in quality over the years. I have had a long term good experience with their products, but i have lost faith in the company and will be avoiding there products where possible in the future. All in all, if you still decide to give benefit of the doubt to this product and order it, please remember that if you do have issues, every step of the process is drawn out and overall a waste of time. I would go with a different company or different kind of shed all together if i could do it over again.

Surprisely sturdy
This small building is a great value for the money. Lightweight and the floor was very sturdy. Good instructions, we had 2 people put it together. So far everything that we have stored in it has not gotten wet. It offers great protection for our items so far. The storage capacity is great if using it for stackable storage bins and cushions for outdoor chairs. We built a platform of wood underneath and it fit perfect. It has to sit on something solid, not the bare ground for best results. Would recommend if needing something for storage quickly.

What you want to know... the GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY
Having purchased a pair of Rubbermaid storage sheds about 10 years ago, I had a pretty decent idea of what this 7' x 10.5' shed would be like. Have also owned a number of the cheaper metal sheds that Arrow manufacturers. Anyhow, here's my take on this HUGE storage shed: 1. THE GOOD... these sheds are made of "resin" plastic. Honestly, this is the only way to fly. The metal sheds rust fairly quickly and look absolutely awful in no time at all... plus, they get all dinged up and bent out of shape. I forget the name of it, but there's another type of plastic shed that some make, but it fades and cracks in record time. Rubbermaid uses a UV resistant resin material that holds up appreciably better. This stuff flexes ever so slightly which seems to help prevent cracking. The UV resistance helps it to retain its color, although the black roofs do eventually fade to a very dark grey color.... which is okay with me, because it looks much like the dark grey shingles uses on real homes and garages. BTW, sometimes resin roofs will crack at the very top, but this is an easy fix: I have attached a ridge vent over these cracks to keep the rain out and to function as a way to release heat from the shed. Use a wood strip on the inside to drive the ridge vent screws into. Although this listing says it is 10' wide, it is actually just a hair over 10.5' wide; i know, because i just measured it. So, there's a LOT of space in here for my ZTR, push mower, edger, tiller, and quite a bit more yard and garage stuff. Plus, I have built a large shelf to go across the back side to store even more. Love it. The overall design of this shed is pretty dang nice. It certainly appears to be fairly well engineered... in fact, better than my 10 year old Rubbermaid 7'x7' storage sheds. More metal framework is used to bolster the strength of the shed. But I will tell you, there are a few places where they use "pins" to attach parts. I would have preferred screws to have been used there, but time will tell... and if the pins do not work out, then i will replace them with large screws... so i'm not worried about the pins. 2. THE BAD... There's not a lot to bad mouth this shed on, but i will try - in an effort to be completely honest with you. So I will start with this... i (one person) did most of the work in assembling it... but I did need my wife's help from time to time. Without her help, I would still be outside working on it now. Therefore, please expect to need the help of at least one other person. You will also need a decent step ladder, unless you play for the NBA. I would suggest that you consider assembly to be an all-day project.... and you will need to get an EARLY start. But it would be best if you spent the previous day going over the assembly manual and getting familiar with it's "method" of instruction. By the way, it is mostly just pictures with very little verbiage. The picture method works fairly well, but there are a few times where some text would have helped. I'm betting there's a good video on YT for this shed, but I did not go looking for one. Some people complain about the manual, and I can see why... but if you familiarize yourself with it PRIOR to the day of assembly, I think you'll be much happier with the process. 3. THE UGLY... There are vents on both ends of the shed. These vents should help a good bit at letting the rising hot air escape the shed... so, it's a good idea. BUT these vents are just the right size to let wasps come in and make themselves at home (and skip out on the rent). I would suggest that you get some window screen material and cut a piece to cover these vents from the inside... and then use a hot glue gun to attach the window screen to the surrounding resin plastic. By the way, epoxy does not stick very well to resin. super glue and baking soda may be an option. But i just roughed up the surrounding plastic with some sandpaper, placed the screening over the vents, and then shot it with the hot glue gun. So far, it seems to be holding up well. There are a few other areas that might allow wasps to make themselves at home. For the most part, you can seal those places up with some polyurethane caulking. Do not use silicone caulking for resin, as it doesn't stick very well over time. By the way, there is a gap at each of the 4 door "hinges". I plane to fill those areas in with some closed cell foam... which should keep both bugs and water from wandering in. 4. PARTING COMMENTS... I would strongly suggest that you have a very flat and level foundation for your storage shed. These resin sheds really like to be assembled on a nearly flat surface. No, it doesn't have to be perfectly flat, but the flatter it is, the easier it is to get good parts alignment during assembly. You will want to use a battery powered drill or screwdriver to drive in the many screws... BUT ONLY USE IT TO START EACH SCREW... then use a regular screwdriver to finish seating the screws. It is just too easy to over drive a screw into the plastic which could strip it. Therefore, hand tighten each screw so that the resin is not damaged. Would I do it again, if I had it to do over? Absolutely... and I would only go through Amazon as my experience is that they always take care of us customers when there's a problem... that's just insurance that you don't get from the other web vendors out there. Would I suggest it for everyone else? For most people yes, if they are a do-it-yourself type of person... with tools... and are not in a crazy rush to assemble it. But I would hesitate on my recommendation for the person who is easily discouraged with a big project and doesn't play well with tools. Other than that, I think most people would LOVE this shed. They hold up well and look much better than cheapie metal sheds. Thanks for reading my review and I hope it helps you make the right decision for your storage needs.

Decent not great shed for the money
The shed is sturdy, made from heavy duty plastic. It goes together fairly easily, except for the doors, which are not well-anchored and very easily pop out of the hinge-holes that allow them to pivot. The doors also don’t fit well into the frame, so you have to force them closed at times, which increases the frequency with which they pop out of place. Easy to restore, but it’s annoying. To hold the structure together, you use steel screws that you screw into and through the plastic. I recommend you do drill (or nail) pilot holes; otherwise, the screw tips end up sliding on the plastic without entering the plastic, so they don’t hold the pieces together. Also, the screws that hold the roof onto the back wall are inserted in a gap between the bottom of the roof and the top of the wall. I suppose maybe this inset location helps prevent water from entering the shed, but it’s terrible design for assembly. The gap into which the screws are inserted is very narrow - extremely difficult to insert your fingers in order to hold the screw so you can begin using the screwdriver (at least it was for me - maybe my fingers are just too big; I’m 6 ft and 240, but my fingers are not especially fat). To use a drill you will need a long-shafted screwdriver bit; the drill head will not fit into the gap. Maybe a magnetic screwdriver would work : I do not have one so was unable to try it. Be advised that if you assemble this shed in sunlight, then the dark-colored roof gets exceedingly hot very quickly. You will burn your flesh on it if you’re not careful. The instructions are pretty good, with a couple steps that are unclear as written but easy to figure out. It comes with hooks for the inside walls that will allow the hanging of a peg board - peg board not included. All in all, it seems useful for storage, despite the doors, but could be much better. Maybe worth the cost if it’s on sale.
