This product is packed with ingredients that I have found to really do help skin, hair and nails. The quantities are adequate enough too. I like that there isn’t a lot of other ingredients only the capsule and rice hulls. The bottle does not indicate that any of the ingredients are organic or natural but the product page states that these capsules were “Manufactured in the USA with ingredients that are sourced internationally at a cGMP certified facility where are all products are tested for purity and potency.” So that is good at least. The capsules themselves are average in size. They have little odor and swallow easily with any liquid. At three capsules a day this bottle contains a one month supply. I have not experience any negative effects since I began taking this product a week and a half ago. I was most interested in stopping my nails for spitting. My nails are still spitting a little bit but not as much. I don’t expect overnight results. I think it will take some time to see further improvements such as changes in my skin and hair. I think this is a decent formula that seems to have all the good things in it. The only thing I might add to this formula is some of the different types of collagen. But I am looking forward to much better nails, skin and hair and I think is product will definitely help.

I take a lot of supplements for hair, skin and nails- some work, some don't. This one seems to work very well, actually. After taking it for a full month, I realized that it was time to touch up my roots- and trim my bangs- they'd grown out before I even realized it was happening. I took these alongside a few other supplements that I'd been taking for a long time, so I knew what to expect from those- so any changes were due to these. I don't know if they'd be as effective on their own, but be willing to bet yes. The other supplements I take for hair is biotin, omega 3 and collagen. I would recommend these for sure!

There is no discernible, taste or odor. There are no negative side effects. There is a lot of biotin in this, so there’s no need for an extra biotin supplement.

Body Kitchen’s Total Beauty Advanced contains supplements that I need mostly for my cracking nails. It takes a while to see the difference from supplements, so I don’t know how well it is working yet. It is a pricey supplement, so I won’t be able to continue using this product. I have not had any issues taking the capsules. They are easy to swallow. They seem to be of good quality, but I will need to find a more economical approach to healthy nails

This supplement is easy to swallow and leaves no after taste. Based on the ingredients, these are a quality product, at a very fair price. I couple these with other supplements, so it is hard to gauge how effective they are at helping your hair and skin, though I do get compliments on my hair frequently, so I must be doing something right. Recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, but I limit myself to 2 per day.

I've been taking this for about a week. I did not yet notice any differences though; however the compounding seems good. Vegetable capsules have no particular odor nor flavor. Also contains OptiMSM brand MSM. The recommended dose is 3 capsules / day, so this 90 capsules bottle is good for 30 days. The brand had some promotions on TV shows. Skeptical of the claim that should see results in four weeks, but regardless it appears to be using good ingredients and good compounding.
