It was fairly easy to put together by one person - an extra pair of hands at certain stages would have been good, The padding on the arms is really good but the seat could do with more foam. Still trying to find the best position for the back, I find it a bit short for me and I'm not that tall. The two point massage has several settings/rhythms but seems noisy when you're leaning on it. Not a bad chair overall.

Chair is an excellent choice however one bolt was missformed so had to purchase one

It looks really good and is quite comfortable. Unfortunately after about a week it started to lean to one side. All of the weight is only on one central bar and I think that this may be its weakness (By the way I am not a heavy person). I had to return it at my expense.

Easy to assemble and nice looking also. Good for the sitting room or the office.

Keep away from this seller, bought 2 office chairs and within 4 months 1 chairs mechanism snapped while sitting on it lucky no injuries! They sent out a new mechanism but because of the pole bending when it snapped it will not come out. £130 for a chair and they offered me 20% refund and refusing a replacement!! Keep your money and buy elsewhere
