Amazon now selling defective product. I purchase it from Amazon but after sometime earbuds acting weird, it's restarting itself automatically and its keep happening. I can't able to use it, it's use less now. I called amazon for the help but they didn't help me instead of helping they said we are not responsible now, this is the first time I'm so disappointed. Im planning to file a law suit against amazon. They have to pay for this, I just want my product to be replaced I didn't even ask for the refund .

I got the flowbuds 400 model on 23rd may.i wanted a budget tws earbud for listening music, calls and for watching reels 80% of the time im using in indoors. Previously i liked using boAt products but they usually gets dead right after their warranty period so i switched. Box contained Buds in Case, bigger and smaller size buds,15cm usb to C cable, 3 mnths addition warranty card.Some stickers.CONS•Major issue -mic quality- is terrible other person cant hear us well in video calls and in normal calls so if u r thinking to buy this for calls , Dont buy.•Playtime-Tested for last 17 days and after writing down usage after full charge(each time fully chaged the case and buds in it and never put back the buds in case untill empty)Never turned on game mode.Actual playing time - 123 minutes to 178 minutes an avg of 147 minutes ( actual time calculated from digital wellbeing app usages).Standby time of buds 4hr to 13hrs an avg of 8 hrs.Full case lasts juice for 2 full charges and a bit more like 20%charge.So full Case =220%charge.•Buds wont get charged when in case always, make sure the light is on when placing by pressing or slight twisting.PROS•No other buds in this price range with these features as in description.•Perfect fit in ears, light weight.•Perfect touch controls.•Fast connection.•Can listen to songs, movies for 2+ hrs with no irritation.•C type cable for case.• 1 year +3 months warranty.•Case and buds looks and feels good quality.

Audio quality very good.Extreme bass.Very nice to hear in 30 - 50 % sound.Very good design and build quality.Overall the performance is very good.

The media could not be loaded. I used online 2 months and it has a defect on the case and in left buds . The buds remain connected while inside the box everytime. I want a replacement for this or if possible refund , and the battery percentage of both the buds were different reasons that I can't use it properly according to me . Please solve this problem with replacement i am tired of this 😭😭 help me please ... In the second picture which I uploaded the light doesn't blink that means the bud is still connected which is clearly visible on my phone ..

Nice airpods

Quality of ear buds is good . But durability is worst. After few months you will have ear buds issue . This is my honest review I have used many wings earbuds all of them durability is 5-6 months . Not value for money
