These are a joke. It looks like someone took a pair of inserts with no special attributes(except for their logo) and glued blue foam on the bottom near the mid foot and heel. In the picture it appears that the blue is molded into the insert...this is not so. Don't waste your money. They are not eligible for return!

They are perfect for the foam memory cushion
As a trainer these insoles completely relieved my heel pain during high impact workout at the gym! They are perfect for the foam memory cushion. My only complaint is the size....Not for kids

These insoles do have great cushion for daily use. I would recommend these to anyone that wants to replace the cheap insoles comes with every shoe.

for general work or walking but not so good for running
These insoles are O.K. for general work or walking but not so good for running. I found the size did not fit my shoe very well, which maybe the result of the make of my running shoes which are Reeboks.
