These are fantastic. Heavy duty, solid product. We feel safe getting in out of our new (first) hot tub. We are not very sporty, and a bit older, so we installed two, each side of the stairs. Works well.

I just got this and, while it is impossible to simply slide underneath even my small hot tub, I was able to slide it under the hefty chairs that go with the hottub, and it stays put perfectly. Is very stable and it swivels so you can use it gettint in or out of the hottub and the height is adjustable.

This is a very sterdy handrail and simple to put together

Already started rusting. Ok quality. Feels a little flimsy but does the job. It is easier to install if the hot tub is empty. I take the handle off until guests come over so the grip doesn’t get ruined, it’s only a cheap foam.

Do not recommend. Cheap bolts and nuts, and very flimsey when put together. Not safe to use, particularly for a hot tub.

I tend to lose my balance easily, so we purchased this handrail to help me safely get in and out of our hot tub—and it’s been a fantastic addition. It was very easy to put together, feels sturdy, and the quality is excellent. It also matches our hot tub perfectly, which was a nice bonus. One thing to note: you can’t slide the base under the hot tub if it’s already full and in place. We ended up attaching it directly to our platform, and it still works great. Definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a little extra support!

Works great and the base is heavy. Easy to build and setup was straightforward. It has made access to our hot tub a lot easier.

Arrived damaged (foam padding on handle torn) yet the packaging was fine so clearly it left the OEM damaged. Still a month away from tub install but seams structurally sound.
