Very stable, surprisingly easy to use, works wonders, lifted a 450lbs bike easily, doesn’t shake, great value. 10/10 highly recommended

Works as good as the expensive version. Tips in review
I own the Snapjack version of this and can say the geometry is the same. On this version the foot print is smaller and the swing arm side is smaller also so it folds much smaller for travel. I only use it for travel overnight and beyond so the smaller package is a huge plus. It would be nice with a small bag. Tips to use: -find a flat hard surface to park on - lock the steering and use the Velcro strap to apply the front brake, the brake is very important so you don't roll forward and fold the kickstand and dump the bike. - position the jack under the rear axle below the swing arm so the jack is slightly bent - push on the jack to straighten and you will notice it start to lift the rear tire, also push on the gas tank towards the kickstand to help the lift. Pushing up on the gas tank really helps lift the back tire. If it didn't lift enough the start with more bend in the jack

Inexpensive alternative to name brand
You will need a better piece of rubber for the end that touches the ground if you are lifting the bike on concrete or a smooth hard surface. I saved a small piece of tire sidewall rubber for this scenario. I’m surprised how well this Jack will lift most bikes. Get a helper the first time and practice before you actually need it. Now that I have the technique down, I can lift a loaded full size motorcycle. Buy name brand if you have the money, or grab this one and adapt.

rear wheel jack stand.
The device is an interesting contraption. I have not yet had the opportunity to see how well it works.

Not many actual use cases
Not sure which surface this is meant to be used on, but it doesn't work on a smooth garage floor or driveway where you might be doing maintenance. And it would do terrible on dirt or grass if you're on the trail. It might work well on rough city streets or grooved highway pavement? When I try to use it, it just snaps out from under the rear swingarm. Plus, it really only works on the rear tire. What happens if your front has a flat?

Handy for an emergency kit!
Pretty neat little device. Easily portable and definitely comes in handy when you have problems on the road. Good value for the money.

BAD DESIGN. NOT SAFE or STABLE.
VERY DISSAPOINTED- BAD DESIGN. NOT SAFE or STABLE. I own 3 bikes and I tried this on all of them. Even tried this on my friends bikes when they rode over. I am using CAPS to highlight the very core of these problems so others won’t make the same mistake in buying this thing. I hate wasting my time and money more than anything. I bought the cheapest, within reason, that I could find that looked good and had good or decent reviews... you will see that there are a few different styles for sale out there. I bought the wrong one ! Man did I learn my lesson fast. The lowest setting makes the locking impossible over the fulcrum and will snap out and drop the bike. It happened over and over The base does not stand even with the ground so in actuality it sits on the edge of the steel channel. SAME WITH THE CRADLE CONTACT WITH THE SWINGARM...SITS ON EDGE OF THE CRADLE NOT FLUSH.. Scrap metal. FELLOW RIDERS....beware. I'll try and upload some pictures .

Great compact stand for 2020 KTM Adventure 390
This is cheaper and much smaller to store than a regular motorcycle lift. I used this to entirely remove the back wheel from my 2020 KTM Adventure 390 last weekend with no help from another person. I can fit this into rear bag on my bike easily to take along on rides. The folding function is more for storage than for when putting the stand into place. Here’s the strategy that works best. Put a 2x4 or something under the kickstand just to get the bike to as close to vertical as possible. Next, lock the steering and then apply the Velcro wrap to the front brake lever. That holds the front tire stationary. Now, with the front tire holding in place and the kickstand down, move to the back end of the opposite side of the bike. Unfold the lift lever (the thing you are thinking about buying) and hold it in your right hand as you push on the top of the seat or panniers to get the back tire off the ground. Finally, place the stand under the swing arm and as vertical as possible so it doesn’t slide against the ground (the included rubber pad helps a lot on concrete). Done this way it was stable enough for me to put the back wheel entirely off and then place it back onto the bike with no assistance from anyone. Now, I must add that this stand unfortunately won’t help much when doing work on the front end of the bike, whereas a regular bike stand will, but for the price and portability this option suited me. Well, that’s about all I have to say about that.
