Misleading marketing
The product, advertised as Japanese, turned out to be of Chinese origin, which was a misleading start. After applying the conditioner, it resembled more water than a conditioning product. After washing, my hair felt stuck and unmanageable, leaving me with a less-than-desirable post-shower experience.
