Can i use it in a non uvl fogger?

Would this work as a repellant for flies coming into my 3 seasons porch?

If you were to spray this around the exterior door, it would be effective at minimizing the amount of insects entering your 3-season porch. Can I use this on walls on our balcony and railings or it’s just directly to dogs or horse?

We spray this on some of the interior walls of the stable (in a well ventilated area), during summer when the flies and gnats are everywhere. I think it definitely helps.
