The handle fit good and was easy to install. The only complaint would be, it does not come with a rivet or bolt to replace the one you have to drill out.

Easy to install. More plastic than I expected, but that is true of most things these days. I just installed it two days ago so cannot really speak of durability but it has a good feel and was at a great price.

After the OEM part failed at 140K miles, we found this one and it works perfectly in our 1998 Chevy 3-door Silverado 4x4 K1500. The door panel is fairly easy to remove. There are a couple of videos out there to view. Suggest viewing both. It may save you some time and trouble. Also ordered the "Lantee 20 Pcs Car Door Panel Retainer Clips Replacement for GM 15960325" and the "ACDelco 15176030 GM Original Equipment Front Door Radio Speaker." The old speaker was aged and definitely needed to be replaced. It was easy to replace. It just slips in and out. You will probably break some door clips when removing the door panel.

This replacement door latch & door lock was a perfect match for my 98 Chevy truck! It looks exactly like the “original” ! It involves a little bit of work to install! I watched a YouTube video on how too!

Goes in easy, but I’ve had to replace this so many times I could likely do it in my sleep. As usual this went in easily and fit well. Like all the other brands I’ve tried, it works well ……for now. Hopefully this one will last more than a year.
