Fairly well made, and easy to assemble if you have some experience putting things together with incomplete directions. It comes with washers, and they are needed, but the instructions don't mention them.

Mom is on enteral feeding and requires a feeding and hydration bag. The iv pole our insurance sent was total rickety garbage so I read the reviews and decided to try this one. I love it. We actually zip tied it to her walker so she could toodle about without having to drag a walker and a pole. When she’s stronger and on her own we will reattach the legs to the pole. Great construction, so sturdy, super value for your money. And I love the twin curly bag holders at the top. Makes it really easy to cue everything up and let the pump do its thing. If you’re reading this, I’m sorry you have to deal with an illness requiring such a device, and I’m glad you’re looking at this one. It’s solid metal and feels sturdy like what you get in the hospital. you will be happy with this.

Yesterday I received my Konmee 2 hooks 5 legs portable IV pole, adjustable height with brake wheels, mirror finish stainless steel. I am being very specific because there are several choices at this one listing and the bases are often very different. Today I put the IV pole together. With help. The legs are extremely hard to push into the base. I could not do it. I took it to my husband and he was able to do it. I am not weak. He has me do some things that require strength. Apparently pushing or ramming is not my forte. I also found the directions lacking. The directions state I can watch an assembly video on Amazon but there was no video. I am going to type out my directions, their directions without the gaps. 1.) Pick up the base, right side up. The up side is smooth and also has a large hole that the IV pole will eventually go in. 2.) Put a nut in one of the 5 holes where the legs will attach. 3.) Choose one of the legs and push it into the base extension where you placed the nut. You will do this so that the wheel is downward. Good luck with this. It is very tight. If you struggle, the nut will jump out and you will have to put it back into place. If you tip the equipment while you try to attach the leg, the nut will fall out and will have to replace it. These legs fit so tightly, I put all 5 on before I did anything else. 4.) Now that all 5 legs are attached, flip it over so the bottom is facing upward. 5.) Put one of the 5 washers over one of the five holes. Then insert one of the 5 screws through the washer and into the hole. Finger tighten it for now. Repeat until you have used all 5 washers and screws. 6.) Now used the provided Allen Wrench and tighten all five screws. 7.) Take the IV pole. Unscrew the large screw from the base of the IV pole, remove it and the 2 washers (that the instructions refer to as “shims”). 8.) Push the IV pole into the base 9.) Put the whole thing on its side. Put the two washers on top of the screw hole, smaller (odd) one first. Screw in the screw. This is where you need vise grips or a wrench or something to tighten the screw. I keep a wrench nearby so I used that. 10.) Put it right side up, standing on its legs. Push the 2-hook topper on it. This is easy. 11.) Adjust height by twisting the black easy grip adjustment apparatus on the poke. Tah dah!! Am I pleased with this pole? Yes I am. Does it seem really well made? Yes. Would I buy it again or recommend it? Yes. But I need someone stronger than me to get those legs on.

This is an excellent product. It is well built and easy to assemble at home. (For assembly, I used a small metal file to help file down the metal and the plastic on the legs just enough for an old man like me to assemble the legs, otherwise it was a breeze to assemble.) And the wheels are quality wheels with ball bearings to swivel freely and easily. I came home from the hospital needing one of these IV trees for the rest of my life. I was looking for something that was well-built that would last me. This Konmee IV pole is ideal, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an IV tree.

I bought this so I can give my cats sub q fluids. It was so easy to assemble and works great. The height adjustment is simple to operate and the price is comparable to others as well.
