I used to buy the flowers and cook it my self. As I haven't use the powder before. And after I think I put too much to my 1 Gal Jar. I decided two things. One.. Serve as you go (individually.) Or keep trying until I get the desire taste and amount. I recommend it. It has wonderful health benefits.
