These vitamins are great—I think I feel healthier already (or maybe it’s just a placebo effect, but let’s roll with it). Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and the Omega-3 is a nice bonus. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because, sadly, they don’t make kale taste like candy yet. Still, a solid addition to my “adulting” routine!

On a Keto diet and these are a bit high in sugar, however they taste so good it’s like a daily treat. I also love the added brain support.
