Farmers Way Smoothie Mix Chia with Mixed Berries

This product has great taste! I use this product because of the high level of antioxidents and the chia seeds add omega-3 to my diet. My entire family loves it and I use it when I am on the go.

There are no instructions or recommended serving sizes anywhere on the package. It doesn't change the taste of whatever I mix it with. The only value seems to be in the nutritional content - in which case it should be advertised as a smoothie additive rather than smoothie mix. You still have to start with a smoothie and mix this into it.

Great product, pour some juice, add some fruits and a tablespoon of the smoothie mix and get tasty and fulfilling nourishment.

I have tried many ways to drink it, but the after taste is extremely bitter. That feels like you crushed some coated pills to make a smoothie. I don't doubt its nutritional effects but the taste is really a nightmare.
