I've been learning about the bindi since I've been studying about pressure points and have had a few surgeries where I've used the hand mudras to help with hormone balance. I have since learned about the bindi's helping with anxiety as well because the point on your forehead is connected to nerves and such. I used to wear a metal plate over my head and that had the same effect of keeping pressure around my head to help with headaches. I started with making my own Kumkum which was fun. I liked making my own liquid version of it. However, I understand now why women have adapted to using these little felt dots. Mostly because you still get the effect of the simulation of the pressure points. But you also don't have a mess to deal with. Plus, these are super colorful, and you can have some fun with them. I know that the Kumkum is supposed to be better because it's all natural and the benefit of turmeric is supposed to be detoxifying to the head. But if you just keep massaging this point throughout the day it should have the same effects as the liquid Kumkum. This book has so many that it should last you for a year or two if you wore one a day. I did order a liquid Kumkum, so I have options, the red ones are supposed to be the best because it helps open up the adrenal glands not only in you but in people who see the dot on your forehead and is said to promote peace to people who see it. This includes you when you look in the mirror. Again, thanks for making the bindi a bit more fun and accessible. I'll do the wear test and see how long it lasts since I've noticed that some people have said they have slept with them on. I have as well and have noticed a difference in my sleeping patterns. If anything, just give it a try if you're curious.

Was pleasantly surprised by the little mirror. This booklet has a few pages with very big size bindis which is no use to me. But in terms of quality, color, and variety this is a good buy. I would suggest the seller to create a similar booklet with 2 shapes round and long but for small and medium size only. This will be suitable for most women who like bindis on a daily basis. This will be a more attractive option than this booklet. Most women would be comfortable with small size or medium sized bindis especially on a daily basis on Indian wear. Very few women would prefer these big sized bindis.
